A picnic cooler repurposed as a humidor. The insulated plastic shell already seals well and resists humidity swings, so only cedar trays and a humidification source need adding.

It is the cheapest way to get genuinely stable storage for a large collection, which is why so many long-term collectors use one despite the lack of elegance.
