Culebra

Definition
Three thin panetelas twisted around one another and tied at both ends, sold as one unit and separated before smoking. The Cuban galera size is Culebras, 146 mm by 39 per cigar.
Why it matters
The format began as a roller's daily ration, deliberately shaped so it could not be passed off as regular stock, and it survives now mostly as a curiosity.
In context
"Untie the culebra, let the three straighten out overnight, then smoke them."
