Middle-primingfiller leaf, lighter in body than ligero and quicker to burn. Seco supplies aroma and mid-palate flavor and is usually the largest share of a filler blend by volume.
Why it matters
Seco is where much of a cigar's aroma lives, and it moderates the ligero so a blend is more than raw strength.
