Uno y Medio

/ OO-no ee MEH-dee-oh /
Tobacco & LeafCuban Spanish
Definition
The second priming from the bottom, named one and a half. These leaves are thin and pale, generally sorted into volado or light seco.
Why it matters
Along with libre de pie, uno y medio provides the burn-friendly leaf that keeps stronger primings smoking evenly.
In context
"Uno y medio came off the plant first week of harvest, in the same pass as the last libre de pie."
